Draft Program Environmental Impact Report (PIER)

The Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) is proposing a Transportation Improvement Expenditure Plan and accompanying Sales Tax Ordinance to fund and implement transportation projects throughout Napa County. This purpose of the draft PEIR is to provide agencies and the public with information about the environmental effects of implementing the proposed transportation projects, should the Transportation Improvement Expenditure Plan be approved, and to consider alternatives to the proposed Plan.
