Resolution 14-13: Authorizing the filing with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) for allocation for Transporation Development Act (TDA), Regional Measure 2 (RM2), and State Transit Assistance (STA) funds for fisacal years 2014-15. 

Resolution 14-14: Amending the FY 2014-15 budget to increase appropriation of public transit services by $24,697.

Resolution 14-15: Authorizing the approval of FY 2014-14 blanket purchase agreements (BPA) for purchases of a routine nature, goods and services by single source suppliers, services provided by vendors and proffessional services previously approved by the Board of Directors.

Resolution 14-16: Adopting the transportation fund for Clean Air (TFCA) program manager financial list of projects for FYE 2015.

Resolution 14-17: Authorizing the filing of application for funding assigned to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) and committing any necessary matching funds and stating the assurance to complete the project.

Resolution 14-18: Authorizing the executive director to establish depository accounts and appoint signatories.

Resolution 14-19: Authorizing the filing of an application for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) formula program and surface transportation programs, committing the necessart local match for the project(s) and stating the assuance of the agency to comple the project.

Resolution 14-20: Authorizing the executive director to execute an agreement with the Bay Area Climate Collaborative, ABM, and Chargepoint, to install electric vehicle charging stations at the Soscol Gateway Transit Center and Yountville Park and Ride with grant funding from the California Energy Commission.

Resolution 14-21: Amending appendix A to the agency conflict of interest code.

Resolution 14-22: Establishing parking violation fees on transit facility properties based upon city of Napa parking enforcement and voilation fee structure.

Resolution 14-23: Authorizing the executive director to execute fund transger agreements with the State of Californian Department of Tranportation (CALTRANS) for FY 2014-15 State Improvement Program (STIP) Planning, Programming and Monitoring (PMM) program. 

Resolution 14-24: Approving FY 2014-15 Salary ranges for NCTPA job classifications.

Resolution 14-25: Delegating authority to process, compromise, and settle clamims pursuant to goverment code section 935.4.

Resolution 14-26: Setting the regular meeting time, place, and schedule of the governing board meetings and committees for Calendar year 2015.

Resolution 14-28: Funding of operation and mobility management services under the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) 5310 application.
