NCTPA FISCAL YEAR 2012/13 BUDGET ADOPTION

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Wednesday, April 18^th 2011, at 1:30 P.M. in the NCTPA Conference Room, 707 Randolph St. Suite 100, Napa, California, a public hearing will be conducted by the Napa County Transportation and Planning Agency (NCTPA) at the NCTPA Board of Director’s meeting regarding the adoption of the NCTPA Fiscal Year 2012/13 budget.  The NCTPA Board of Directors is required to adopt an annual budget by June 30^th for the upcoming fiscal year. 

 All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and be heard. If you challenge any action related to this proposal in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered at, or prior to, the public hearing.

A RESOLUTION OF THE NAPA COUNTY TRANSPORATION AND PLANNING AGENCY TO ADOPT THE UNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING ACT PROVIDING INFORMAL BIDDING PROCEDURES AS REQUIRED BY LAW

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Wednesday, February 15^th 2011, at 1:30 pm in the NCTPA Conference Room, 707 Randolph St. Suite 100, Napa, California, a public hearing will be conducted by the Napa County Transportation and Planning Agency (NCTPA) at the NCTPA Board of Director’s meeting regarding the adoption of Uniform Public Construction Cost Account Act providing informal bidding procedures as required by law. 

All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and be heard. If you challenge any action related to this proposal in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered at, or prior to, the public hearing.
