NVTA releases Request for Proposals for Vine Transit Operations

The Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA), which manages the Vine Transit public transportation system, is seeking an independent contractor to provide transit operations service throughout Napa County.

NVTA's current contract will expire on Aug. 29, 2016. The proposed RFP complies with all federal and state regulations and the process will result in the selection of a contractor to provide transit, maintenance, and customer service for all of NVTA’s current operations for a period not to exceed five years with two, one-year options, for a total of seven years. Applications must be received by 2 p.m. on Friday, April 8.
