FARES

FIXED ROUTE

The following applies to passengers who board the bus and exit the bus while on its regular route.

  • Adult (ages 19-64) $.50
  • Youth (ages 6-18) Free
  • Seniors (65+) & Disabled Free
  • Medicare Cardholder Free

    • DOOR-to-DOOR SERVICE

    The following fares apply to passengers requesting a deviated pick-up. Same day service requests only. Service is available only within St. Helena city limits, but not available east of Silverado Trail, except to St. Helena Hospital as scheduled.

  • Adult (ages 19-64) $1.00
  • Youth (ages 6-18) $. 50
  • Seniors & Disabled $ .50
  • Medicare Cardholder $ .50

    • Children age 5 and younger (limit 2 per paying Adult) ride free. Additional children beyond the limit of 2 pay $1.00 for each child.

    TRANSFERS

    Passengers paying a fare can request a free transfer to or from VINE Routes 10 and 11. Please ask the driver for the transfer upon boarding. The transfer is good for a one-zone fare. For travel beyond one-zone the passenger must pay the additional fare.

    HOLIDAYS

    The St. Helena Shuttle does not operate on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
